Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked your accomodation at Atholl Court, you have entered into a legally binding contract. Atholl Court will uphold the right to levy the charges, as laid out in the Industry Standard Scale of Cancellation Charges. If for any reason you cancel your holiday in full, or are unable to stay for the complete booked period - the following charges, as detailed below, will be applied.
